Atlanta, GA - ECIA is pleased to announce the promotion of Debbie Conyers to the new role of Vice President of Member Engagement. In this new role, Debbie will become the primary point of contact for new membership inquiries as well as those from our current members. In addition, she will be heading initiatives to improve ECIA's new member on-boarding process and tools. Lastly, and most importantly, Debbie's new responsibilities will include deepening and strengthen ECIA's member outreach programs to help members understand and utilize the many programs and benefits of ECIA membership.
"Debbie's new role will give us the ability to both help our members maximize the value from their membership and learn ways in which we can potentially increase that value through new initiatives," explained Victor Meijers, ECIA senior vice president. "In effect, she will help to amplify the 'voice of the customer,' and will assume more direct responsibility for member communications. She will also continue to manage our various events and the sponsorship opportunities that go along with those. One of Debbie’s greatest strengths is her knowledge of our members and the relationships she has built over the years. I look forward to her successful transition and the positive impact Debbie will undoubtedly have on our members’ experience in our association," he concluded.
